Walk & Talk Consultation

A Walk & Talk Consultation is not our Standard Home Inspection. It doesn’t include a report, we don’t use any tools (... we always have a flashlight or two), and we don’t get up on the roof or in the attic. A Walk & Talk Consultation has us serve as an experienced construction professional/friend-for-rent. We do not recommend this as an option to replace a Standard Home Inspection, but some situations may leave it as a buyer’s only option. True to the name, we walk through the home with the client and their agent to help them identify any major, visible defects and answer questions about what we see. Again, there is no report and we don’t take photos during this type of inspection.

The Walk & Talk Consultation lasts up to 60 minutes (the time of a typical showing).

4001-6000 sq. ft. $265 *additional time may need to be added scheduled
