11-Month Warranty Inspection

 

The 11-month warranty inspection offers an assessment of the property very similar to our Standard Single-Family Inspection (an assessment of the home’s major systems and components such as: the roof, insulation, plumbing, electrical, heating & cooling, windows & doors, and foundation) and takes it even further with the additional focus on cosmetic items. Minnesota law has requirements related to defects caused by faulty workmanship and defective materials in newly constructed homes. We start all 11-month warranty inspections by understanding your concerns first. Then, we conduct a thorough inspection of the building, offer a review of our most important findings, and deliver a detailed report within 24 hours of completing the inspection. Some of the most common defects we find at new construction/11-month warranty inspections are insufficient levels of insulation, shingle installation defects, HVAC installation defects, dirty furnace interiors, and siding installation defects.​
