Insurance companies may require a specific type of report including what they consider the four main systems of the home (plumbing, heating/cooling, electrical, & roof). All of these systems are already covered in our following inspection types: Standard Home Inspection, Multi-Family Inspection, & Maintenance Inspection. For a fee, a supplemental “working order letter” can be provided with those inspection types for your insurance carrier.

Pricing for a stand-alone, 4-Point insurance inspection (plumbing, heating/cooling, electrical, & roof) and a “working order letter” starts at $250 and varies by age and size). Please call or email us for an exact quote.
