Our Certified Commercial Inspectors follow the ASTM Standard E2018-1 for Property Condition Assessments for reporting on commercial buildings. To provide a full and accurate evaluation, additional professionals may need to be brought in to evaluate specialized equipment or systems, such as fire suppression systems, elevators, & sewers. The reports are sent out in a timely manner along with any additional reports from specialized professionals. The report includes an overall summary of the property along with a potential cost estimation for current and/or future repairs.
