Pre-Sale Inspection

 

A Pre-Sale Home Inspection includes an assessment of the home’s major systems and components such as: the roof, insulation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, windows & doors, and foundation. It’s nearly identical to our Standard Home Inspection. We start all Pre-Sale Home inspections by talking about your concerns first. Then, we conduct a thorough inspection of the building, offer a review of our most important findings, and deliver a detailed report within 24 hours of completing the inspection. The inspection report is a valuable resource for you and your real estate agent while preparing for the sale of your property. Additionally, you may choose to share the written report with a potential buyer as it’s also a great reference for future homeownership and maintenance. The inspection report will contain numerous photos, diagrams, and links to more detailed information/reference materials.
